Kandi Podi is one of Andhra Pradesh's most loved traditional podis, prepared using premium roasted toor dal (kandi pappu), red chillies, garlic, and aromatic spices. Known for its rich nutty flavor and protein content, this podi is best enjoyed with hot rice and ghee. It also pairs wonderfully with idli, dosa, and chapati.

Our preparation relies on standard village-style recipes passed down through generations. By sun-curing ingredients, cold-pressing seed oils, and hand-grinding spices, we recreate the nostalgic aroma and deep, delicious taste of home-cooked pickles.
