Return & Refund Policy

1. Food Products Policy

Food safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Our return and refund policy varies by product category:

  • Fresh Fruits: Orders for fresh fruits can be returned or refunded if there is any issue with quality or damage upon arrival.
  • Pickles, Snacks, and Powders: Pickles and other packaged products can be returned or refunded within 24 hours of delivery, provided that the original packaging and safety seal remain unopened and completely intact.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
  • Email the photos along with your Order ID to hello@avillamma.in.
  • We will review your request and, if approved, initiate a replacement or a full refund.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or redirected.
